Full time HR Officer
To commence 3 December 2018. Full time, 36 hrs 40 mins per week Mon – Fri, Full Year. 8.20am – 4.40pm
Salary: Points 29 –31 of the Sixth Form College’s Support Staff pay spine, currently £23,170 – £24,651 pa
The successful candidate will assist the HR Manager in the effective delivery of the The Pinnacle Learning Trust HR functions, deputising in the absence of the HR Manager and supporting the Payroll Officer in ensuring the delivery of the payroll function within The Pinnacle Learning Trust, deputisng as necessary.
The successful candidate will be articulate with great attention to detail. Excellent IT skills, including knowledge of Word and Excel are essential for this role. A relevant HR qualification is essential along with knowledge of HR generalist issues and current employment law legislation. The ability to remain calm under pressure is a prerequisite, coupled with the capacity to work to tight deadlines efficiently. Self-motivated, you will be a good team player.
