World Mental Health Day Walk from Karen Bennett

To support World Mental Health Day, the walking group is moving from Tuesday lunch this week to Wednesday lunch.  This is a great way to look after your own mental wellbeing at work by taking time out to connect with colleagues and build on social relationships whilst taking part in physical activity, both of which are really great ways to promote wellbeing.

Time:  1.05 – 1.35pm
