We are looking to recruit an experienced Facilities Manager. You will be responsible for both strategic and operational aspects of facilities management across a large estate, managing and coordinating all activities associated with the college’s premises and for developing positive sustainable stakeholder relationships to ensure the successful delivery of all services.
The postholder should have a strong understanding of the legal and financial aspects of estates management required for this role. You should be a team player, highly organised, flexible and committed to producing work to a high standard. Excellent interpersonal skills are required and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with College stakeholders and external contractors.
The working hours are 8.00am – 4.20pm Monday to Friday, however flexibility is required for occasional evening and weekend working and you will be required to be on call for emergencies.
Salary: Points 40-43, of the Sixth Form College’s Support Staff pay spine, which is currently £32,163 – £34,561 per annum.
